|  Southern AIR is the official newsletter of the Southern Association for Institutional Research.
While the editors take care of collecting the information to be included, laying it out, and having the newsletter printed and distributed, most of the content is submitted by SAIR Board members and others in the association who want to publicize an event or share news. The usual items include conference-related announcements and information, financial statements, calendars of IR related events, a message from the president, and election news. Southern AIR occasionally features "op-ed" pieces provided by members.
