2015 Conference Costs

Early Registration is open for the annual Southern Association for Institutional Research Conference, October 10-13, 2015. Online registration is on this site - Registration Tab.

Registration - $265 if registering before Friday September 11, 2015. After that date registration will be $300

Workshops (optional) - $70

Newcomer's Workshop - $30

2015 Conference Refund Policy:

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted to the SAIR treasurer, Paige.Borden@ucf.edu, by September 25, 2015, two weeks prior to start of conference. There will be a processing fee of $50 for all cancellations. Substitutions can be made at no charge. Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due.

Meals included in the conference registration:

Sunday -- Evening Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres

Monday –- Continental breakfast, lunch

Tuesday -– Breakfast

All other meals are at your own expense.

The negotiated SAIR rate at the Savannah Hyatt Regency is $165.00/night

Shuttle service is $20.00 one way and $30.00 round trip from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour - arrangements can be made in advance at: http://www.kshuttle.com//.
