General Conference Information

2016 Conference Costs

Early Registration for the 43rd annual Southern Association for Institutional Research Conference will open in June 2016.

Registration - $265 if registering before Friday September 9, 2016. After that date, registration will be $300.

Workshops (optional) - $70
Newcomer's Workshop - $30

2016 Conference Refund Policy:

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted to the SAIR treasurer Allen Gale by September 23, 2016, two weeks prior to start of conference. There will be a processing fee of $50 for all cancellations. Substitutions can be made at no charge. Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due.

Meals

Meals included in the conference registration:

Sunday -- Evening Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
Monday –- Continental breakfast, lunch
Tuesday -– Breakfast

All other meals are at your own expense.

Hotel

The negotiated SAIR rate at the Westin Charlotte is $165.00/night.
