Special Event

The SAIR 44 Monday Night Special Event is a private function on the Worthington’s rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Fort Worth. Beginning at 6:00, this is a casual evening to relax and converse with friends old and new, while enjoying the aural accompaniment of the jazz ensemble from Texas Wesleyan in the background. And it all happens under that big Texas sky.

We’ll dine off the menu, on a buffet of items that have been selected exclusively for us by the hotel chef. Items include: tortilla chips and fire roasted or tomatillo salsa, with chili con queso and fresh guacamole; a Texas Cheese board with local cheeses, fruits and jams; a southwest salad bar featuring Texas pecans, jicama with ranch or jalapeno Caesar dressing, served in a mason jar; chicken enchilada soup and beer and cheese soup; a Mac and cheese bar with add-ins such as beef smokies, crumbled bacon, jalapenos, blue cheese crumbles, and Sriracha; Quinoa and black bean Sliders with sherry onion confit; and a Texas Carving Board with brisket, cracked black pepper sausage, and barbeque chicken. Included with your purchase is a selection of wine and local beer, available until 8:30. The cost is $40.00.
