General Conference Information

2018 Conference Cost

Early Registration for the 45th annual Southern Association for Institutional Research Conference will open May 15, 2018.

• Registration - $265 if registering on or before Friday September 14, 2018. After that date, registration will be $300.
• Workshops (optional) - $70
• Newcomer's Workshop - $30

2018 Conference Refund Policy:
Conference registration cancellations must be submitted to the SAIR treasurer Lynne Crosby by September 21, 2018, two weeks prior to start of conference. There will be a processing fee of $50 for all cancellations. Substitutions can be made at no charge. Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for refund or forgiveness of amount due. There are no refunds after September 21, 2018.

Meals
Meals included in the conference registration:
Sunday -- Evening Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
Monday -- Continental breakfast, lunch
Tuesday -- Breakfast

Hotel
