Lodging Rate The negotiated SAIR rate is $189 per night, plus tax, for rooms with a king bed or two queen beds.
Parking Rate Discounted parking rates for attendees (per day) are $15 daily and $20 overnight. The hotel owns and operates its attached self-parking garage. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
The deadline date for hotel reservations is Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Reservations received after this date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. Please reserve your room by August 26!
