other voluntary involvement, and presentations.

On some pages, administrative level users can submit and access information about other
people and will have access to member personal information listed above.

As a registered attendee for SAIR events, some of your basic contact information may be shared
with presenter(s) and attendees for the purposes of planning events, tailoring presentations,
facilitating networking with colleagues, and communications related to events. Additionally,
some information is shared with corporate sponsors of SAIR events. This information includes
your name, title, institution name, and email address.

We include your name, title, institutional affiliation, and email address in the SAIR member
directory which is available to other SAIR members. We will not publish your email address or
other contact information publicly.

We may use your contact information, such as email address and phone number, for
communications including essential information related to transactions, information for SAIR
news and events, and replying to communications sent to us.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of
information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that is collected online and maintain it
via the Member’s Area. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. To protect
your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before
